Many people who care about a healthy diet avoid salt. But not everyone! Every man for this, especially active lifestyle, needs salt for the proper functioning of the body so definitely should not be limited to zero. Meridian almond butter only contains half a gram of salt in a 100g product (roughly the same as the Almette cheese) - which means they can definitely be included in safe products.

It has long been known that salt is an excellent taste enhancer (not only in dry foods but also in sweet ones - even in pancakes). Up until now, either unhealthy peanut butter (with added oil, sugar, salt and emulsifiers) and butter were 100% pure.
