Foodforce BHB is a specially created mixture of beta-hydrobutyrate mineral salts, intended for people starting or continuing a ketogenic diet, it contains minerals necessary for physically active people: calcium, potassium and magnesium, covering 33% - 50% of the daily requirement for these minerals in one serving ( see table) and additionally sodium.
