Emix Śnieżka powdered with water is a new product of this type, which allows you to prepare a dessert in the type of whipped cream not only on milk as usual, but also on water (milk is included in the mixture) - this allows you to achieve a lower caloric value of the dessert.
Whipped cream prepared on the basis of Emix Śnieżka has 130kcal in 100g - for comparison, whipped cream prepared with Śnieżka Gellwe has 152kcal in 100g (i.e. 15% more).

Instructions for making sugar-free pudding:
Prepare 200 ml of 2% milk or 150 ml of cold water, if you want to use a sweetener, choose a sweetener in drops or lozenges, do not use erythritol, because the mass will not stabilize. Pour the contents of the package into the selected liquid poured into a tall vessel and mix at high speed for 4-5 minutes until stiff foam is obtained.
The snow white foam is ready to eat immediately after preparation.
