Almonds, i.e. the main ingredient of the paste, are almond seeds (not nuts, as it is believed), which are a source of monounsaturated fats, thanks to which they support the work of the heart and maintain an adequate level of cholesterol. They help relieve stress and soothe the nerves, as well as improve memory and concentration. They help lower blood sugar and regulate metabolism.
Chocolate contains 60% cocoa and is lactose-free and lecithin-free. Cocoa is rich in antioxidants and is also a good source of: magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, potassium, B vitamins and fiber. Perfectly supports mood improvement.
The coconut flesh, i.e. the white and fleshy lining of the nut's hard shell, is rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium and folic acid. However, the greatest value is attributed to the saturated fatty acids contained in coconut.
