Emilia Creme Fondente - no sugar added chocolate-hazelnut spread
Emilia Creme Fondente is an exclusive Italian cocoa and hazelnut cream with no added sugar with a high content of cocoa (26%) and hazelnuts (25%) - due to the fact that cocoa and nuts constitute more than half of its ingredients, the taste is extremely deep, intense and authentic .
The list of ingredients includes also inulin - plant fiber obtained from chicory root - due to the higher fiber content, the cream has a lower fat content than other similar types of chocolate-nut creams, which results in a lower caloric content; Emilia cream has a little over 400kcal in 100g, while most similar products, even those without added sugar, have over 500kcal / 100g, which is as much as 20% higher.
Emilia cream does not contain palm oil and is gluten-free. Thanks to carefully selected ingredients, it was possible to obtain a delicious, silky, sweet chocolate-nut cream that spreads perfectly and tastes great, is perfect for sandwiches, pancakes, cakes, mousses, decorations.
