NOCCO BCAA Juicy Breeze is a slightly carbonated energy drink without sugar with the addition of concentrated peach juice of the Swedish brand NOCCO (short for No Carbs Company) with a complex of B vitamins and caffeine; NOCCO products do not contain sugar, preservatives or artificial colors, it is additionally enriched with a vitamin complex, caffeine and 3000mg BCAA, has a stimulating effect and combats fatigue.
BCAA is an English term called Branched Chain Amino Acids, meaning a complex of branched chain amino acids. BCAAs are three amino acids: leucine, valine, and isoleucine. These are basic (exogenous) amino acids that are not produced by our body and therefore require external supplementation, especially in the context of intensive training and building muscle mass. NOCCO BCAA drinks contain a total of 3000 mg of BCAA in a 4: 1: 1 ratio which translates into 2000 mg of L-Leucine, 500 mg of L-isoleucine and 500 mg of L-Valine. NOCCO BCAA shortens the recovery period after intense physical exertion and has a positive effect on the endurance of the body. It contains the optimal proportions of exogenous amino acids, which are extremely important during increased physical activity. They are the preferential source of human energy and the building blocks of muscle tissue. Branched chain amino acids reduce post-workout fatigue by lowering the amount of tryptophan in the blood, which leads to a decrease in serotonin (responsible for sleepiness and fatigue) in the brain, so they are often consumed as supplements by athletes.
