Bamboo fiber (or bamboo flour) is a natural, insoluble fiber concentrate (up to 96% fiber content), which is ideal for a low-carbohydrate diet.

Bamboo fiber has properties that make it ideal as an addition to baking and rolling cakes, pizzas, bread and other pastries for a low-carbohydrate and ketogenic diet, you can say that bamboo flour is a flour without carbohydrates - brilliant for keto pancakes, they don't tear like coconut or almond.

Bamboo fiber is obtained in a gentle process from bamboo and is almost entirely so-called. insoluble fiber fraction. It does not contain hyaluronic acids, unnecessary additives and fillers. Neutral in terms of color, taste and smell, bamboo fiber is resistant to temperature changes, and at the same time binds water and oils well, which is why bamboo flour is ideal for baking!
