Krukam sweet coconut paste with erythritol
The uniqueness of sweet coconut paste lies in the addition of a natural sweetener: erythrole. Thanks to this, the paste retains a sweet taste without increasing the amount of sugar or calories.
Sweetened coconut paste is made by grinding coconut flesh with the addition of erythritol. At higher temperature it takes the form of a thick cream. Coconut mousse, which is often also called coconut butter, is a tasty source of fiber, potassium, magnesium and iron. Thanks to vitamin D, it is an ally in the fight against depression, and vitamin K contained in it, helps in learning, supporting neurological processes.
It is a great addition to omelets, cakes or bars. It also works as an addition to smoothies, or as a healthy substitute for cream, as the culmination of a fruit dessert, the paste is suitable as a cream for sandwiches, cakes, pancakes and pancakes. Storage: protect from sunlight and moisture. Keep at room temperature (below 25C), where it hardens to look like white butter. Can be refrigerated. After opening, consume within 3 months.
Usage: Sweet coconut milk - blend 5-6 teaspoons of paste with a liter of boiled cooled water. Before use, the coconut paste should be slightly heated to dissolve and mixed thoroughly.
