Bartolini pea noodles are naturally high in protein, low in simple carbohydrates. Compared to traditional pasta, Bartolini protein pasta is characterized by 3 times higher protein content.
Due to the high content of protein and fiber, pea noodles are filling, and at the same time rich in micronutrients: 100g of cooked pasta covers 23% of the daily requirement of an adult for iron and phosphorus, 28% of the demand for folic acid and 18% of the demand for thiamine.
Bartolini pasta is very easy to prepare - just put the pasta in boiling water, cook for 5-8 minutes, add your favorite sauce or use it as an addition to vegetable soups and you can enjoy the unique taste of the prepared dishes.
