Nutringo No Carb Bread - low-carbohydrate bread mix *

Ingredients: partly oiled sunflower flour, partly defatted golden linseed flour, brown linseed flour, pumpkin seeds, lupine flour, sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame, fiber (psyllium), salt, gluconolactone acidifier, sodium bicarbonate raising agent.
Gluten-free product, lactose free.
Allergens: sesame; despite the utmost care during the production process, the mix may contain shell fragments.
Nutritional values in 100g of dry mix: energy value 291kcal / 1231kJ, fats 20.5g (including saturated fatty acids 2.1g), carbohydrates 4g (including sugars 1.8g), protein 19.2g, salt 1.23g.

Storage: Store the mixture in a dry place, protect from light. Store the finished bread in a bread container or covered with a linen cloth. Bread after baking retains freshness and taste for about 1 week. Do not store bread in plastic bags. The bread can be stored in the freezer, before freezing it must be cooled to room temperature and cut into slices. stays fresh for 3 days, keep it tightly wrapped in cling film. To keep freshness longer, cut the ready bread into slices and freeze.
Additional ingredients needed:
- 250g cottage cheese (white cheese)
- 150ml water
- 50ml oil (optional)
A method of preparing:
- Mix 250 g of skimmed cottage cheese, 150ml of water and, if necessary, 50ml of oil in a bowl with a whisk. Then add the baking mixture, knead well until a fluffy dough is formed (weight about 600g), which can be torn off the edges.
- Using a spatula, put the dough on the counter and make the ball with slightly damp hands.
- Place the baking tray in a preheated oven. Bake at 170 ° C for about 80 minutes and in the meantime you can spray the surface of the bread with a little water
- Open the oven and wait 10 minutes, then without removing the bread from the oven, lightly cut the top so that the bread rises. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
