Storage: Store in a dry and cool place in a closed container.
Preparation: 1 portion (45g = 3 tablespoons) mixed with 200-250ml of water or cow's or vegetable milk, you can add ice. Use a blender or shaker to mix the ingredients well and achieve a thick consistency by shaking the closed container for 20 seconds. The product can be used as an addition to baking or an addition to cold dishes (e.g. porridge).
