Ingredients: non-GMO xylitol sweetener, blanched almonds, non-GMO erythrole sweetener, organic cocoa, brownie mass (non-GMO xylitol sweetener, non-GMO erythrol sweetener, sweetener steviol glycosides, organic cocoa), organic linseed, organic coconut, baking powder (aluminum free), pink mineral salt, thickener xanthan gum, sweetener steviol glycosides.

Store in a dry, cool and dark place in a closed container

Best before end: date on the package next to the barcode

Preparation:

Prepare additionally: 6 tablespoons soft butter, 3 large eggs at room temperature, 3 tablespoons coconut oil (refined = odourless)

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C)

1. Line 8 x 8' pan with strip of parchment paper. Butter the sides not covered with parchment inside pan.

2. Pour brownie mix into mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients. (be sure to use NON virgin coconut oil for best taste)

3. Using electric mixer start mixing slowly, then increase speed beating steadily, until fully incorporated, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Batter will be thick.

4. Turn out onto prepared parchment lined pan and smooth into place.

5. Bake for 19-20 minutes or until center Is set. Don't overbake! It will firm more as it cools.

6. While cooling, mix ganache frosting packet with 4 Tbs melted butter

7. Cool on counter, Frost with ganache.

8. Chill in fridge 1 hr to bring out sweetness. We love them best at room temp!
