Preparation: heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius; Mix 3-4 eggs, 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, then add the Good Dee's blend. Mix thoroughly. Transfer the mass into a pan with baking paper (about 8 inches in diameter). Bake on the middle shelf of the oven 22-28 minutes (with 3 eggs) or 25-33 minutes (with 4 eggs). Leave to cool.
