Preparation: pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius; Mix 1 large egg, 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil or butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, then add the Good Dee's blend. Mix thoroughly. Form cookies (1.5-2 tablespoons of mass for each cookie, about 12 cookies), then put on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Use hand or fork to make a flat shape. Bake for 11-13 minutes. Leave to cool.
