Preparation: pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius; Mix 1 large egg, 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil or butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, then add the Good Dee's blend. Mix thoroughly. Form cookies (2 tablespoons of mass for each cake, about 12 cakes), then put on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Use hand or fork to make a flat shape. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Leave to cool.
