Ingredients: Wheat protein 74%, golden flax flour*, linseed 6%, bamboo fiber, sunflower seeds 3%, rock salt, yeast, spices (*partially defatted)

Storage: Store the mixture in a dry place, protect from light. Store the finished bread in a bread container or covered with a linen cloth. After baking, the bread stays fresh and tasty for about 1 week. Do not store bread in plastic bags. The bread can be stored in the freezer, before freezing it should be cooled to room temperature and cut into slices. stays fresh for 3 days, store it tightly wrapped in food foil. To keep it fresh longer, cut the finished bread into slices and freeze.
A method of preparing:
Knead the baking mixture with 230 ml of lukewarm water by hand for about 2 minutes until a dough forms.
As soon as the dough becomes sticky, stop kneading, do not add additional water!
Place the dough in a greased baking tin or in the form of a loaf on a baking tray and cover with a cloth.
Set aside to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Then brush the surface with water and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 40 minutes.
