The Atkins low carb bread mix is ​​light and easy to use - you"ll be surprised to learn that making a healthy, homemade bread with a slice of only 2g of carbohydrates does not even require crushing! All you have to do is mix the contents of the summer water and put the bread in the oven or the bread machine.

The ready-made loaf is 24 slices, which you can enjoy every day while preparing low-carb toast or traditional sandwiches. One slice of Atkins bread is only 70kcal (for a slice of ordinary bread it is about 90kcal), contains almost 7g of protein, 2g of fiber and the same amount of carbohydrates.

Prepare Atkins bread in a loaf: Add the contents of the package and the yeast sachets to the bowl of the machine. Add 260ml of lukewarm water and follow the instructions in the appliance to set the program for baking wholemeal bread.


Prepare Atkins bread in the oven: Mix the contents of the package and sachets of yeast with 260ml of lukewarm water mix at low speed for 2-3 minutes. Put the dough under cover at room temperature for 20 minutes if the bread is to be more compact or 40-60 minutes if you want the bread to grow stronger. Preheat the oven to 220 C and bake for 40-45 minutes.
