If you want to get the 'wow' effect of fruits levitating in ice, divide the dessert preparation into two stages - first pour 1/3 jelly mass into the bowl and place fruits on it and then wait for the mass to freeze. When the first part of the dessert will be almost constant, pour out the rest of the mass - this way the fruits will look as if they float freely in a block of ice!

A method of preparing:
- Pour the contents of the sachet into 86ml of cold water and mix until completely dissolved.
- Add 285ml of boiling water, stir.
- Pour into silicone cups or molds and leave to room temperature (not refrigerated) for about 60 minutes
- To take out the ready dessert from the mold, put the mold for a few seconds into a bowl of boiling water
