The secret of Nutriwell lies in adding to the recipe psyllium - a natural plant fiber that maximizes the feeling of satiety, limiting the absorption of carbohydrates, supporting the digestive system and reducing blood sugar fluctuations, thus preventing the attacks of wolf hunger.
