Carley's raw macadamia butter is produced by the cold-milling process of shelled, ball-shaped macadamia nuts; during this process, the strictly supervised temperature does not exceed 44 ° C - thanks to it the butter retains more valuable nutrients and has a unique, delicious taste being a healthy and valuable snack on a low carbohydrate diet, especially a ketogenic diet. Carley's butter is pure - it does not contain added salt, sugar, or additives, and of course it does not contain palm oil either.

Macadamia nut butter is one of the highest in fats and most nutritious peanut butter - and just the fat makes them such a valuable part of a healthy diet. Most of the fats contained in macadamia nuts are monounsaturated fatty acids - up to 82.6% of all fats in these nuts - whereas for example popular olive oil is up to half of those having a good effect on the proper functioning of the mono-unsaturated fatty acids (MUFA). Among the most fatty acids is oleic acid (18: 1) and palmitic acid (16: 1), which have a beneficial effect on lowering the level of bad LDL cholesterol by improving the lipid profile.

Carley's does not use refined fats, any form of palm oil, emulsifiers or any other artificial ingredients.
