Is it good? It is great. Everything is correct. The same, known from gingerbread, wonderfully soft texture of the interior - no gumminess! Very good caramel, called caramel glaze, although for us it is rather a combination of white chocolate and cinnamon, they are crunchy balls, although they are crushed by the crunchiness of caramelized cinnamon cookies. We have a lot of cinnamon here, it has a sweet-candy form, not spicy, not too many spicy notes. If you like speculoos, this bar is your fall / winter musthave, if you don't like cinnamon - say belt, because you won't avoid it here.
Does it have cons? It depends on your point of view - it has sweeteners and sugar, although 2.5% sugar, so tiny. It has allergens - gluten, wheat, soy, and also contains palm oil and collagen. Protein can be imagined of better quality, because although milk proteins are the first, analyzing the composition you can guess that there are fewer of them than the total of wheat and soy proteins. There is maltitol, which we often complain about, but it is less than the dose that irritates the stomach, so you can turn a blind eye.
