Efavit gluten-free flour is produced by cold-drawn oil from the seed base. As a result, the valuable ingredients remain intact, the fiber content remains unchanged and the vegetable fat content in the finished flour varies between 10% and 25%. Almond flour Efavit has nearly twice the calories than regular, non-fat almond flour.
Such flour is excellent for baking cakes, breads, pizzas, waffles or omelettes. You can add it to breakfast cereals, mix with milk drinks and fruit smoothies, sprinkle sandwiches - unlike traditional cereal flour, the seed meal can be eaten raw, so its use is even wider than wheat or rye flour.
