Ölmühle Solling Coconut Flour is made from coconuts from the Philippines and Sri Lanka sourced from certified organic farming. The fresh coconut pulp of ripe coconuts is gently dried, degreased in a 100% mechanical pressing process without the use of any chemicals, and finally ground into silk-smooth dust. The fat content of this flour is reduced to a maximum of 7% -9% and the fiber content is kept at an extremely high level of over 40%. Coconut flour is characterized by a very high fluid absorption due to the high fiber content - it absorbs up to 60% more fluid than it weighs, which should be remembered when replacing coconut flour with traditional wheat flour in recipes - the amount of flour can be reduced by 20% -25%. Coconut flour is naturally sweet, so you can limit the use of sugar or sweeteners. Coconut flour is a natural source of potassium - 100g of flour provides 1750mg of potassium, other valuable minerals in total constitute as much as 5% of coconut flour.

Ölmühle Solling Coconut Flour is made from raw, unroasted coconuts and cold ground at a temperature below 40 ° C, keeping all vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants intact. The flour is not perfumed, bleached, or treated with any chemicals.

Coconut flour can replace traditional flour. It is suitable for baking, preparing raw desserts, it can also be used as a topping for ice cream, in salads and as a coating. In combination with hazelnut milk, spring water, cocoa drink or freshly squeezed juice, it can be used to create a fiber-rich drink that will help regulate your metabolism.
