Coconut flour BIO Tropicai has the highest fiber content found in any flour.
Tropicai flour has the lowest fat content and lowest caloric content, while the highest protein and fiber content of all coconut flour.
This flour is made from raw, unroasted coconut shavings and is ground cold at temperatures below 40 ° C, so it retains a set of intact vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. Coconut shavings contain many vitamins and minerals. Coconut flour is low in fat, cholesterol-free. It is rich in protein and fiber, does not contain gluten.
Application: Coconut flour can replace traditional flour. Suitable for baking, preparing raw desserts, can also be used as ice cream, salad and batter.
