Biotech Protein Pizza is a complete (only water required) blend to make a high-protein, high-fiber, low-calorie pizza crust with oregano. Hearty pizza (15cm diameter bottom) prepared from this mixture provides 160kcal, 13g of protein and 13g of fiber.
A large package of 0.5 kg is enough to prepare 10 suggested portions of pizza.

Preparation:
Mix 1 serving (50g) of powder with 60ml of lukewarm water (This amount is enough for one pizza with a diameter of approx. 15 cm)
Set aside the dough to rise (30-45 minutes), then shape the pizza and put the toppings on it as you like.
