More Nutrition Protein Pizza Crust 250 g
More Nutrition Protein Pizza Crust is a perfectly crisp, golden, ready-made base for baking low-carbohydrate pizza - no kneading, no waiting, no rising, just add your favorite toppings, put in the oven for 7-15 minutes - and it's ready!
1 slice of pizza (base without toppings, 1/6) provides only 62 kcal!
Low carb pizza all the time!
Loved for its taste, criticized for its (supposedly) adverse health effects, but undeniably popular, pizza is now a world-famous comfort- and guilt-inducing dish. But does it really deserve its reputation as unhealthy, junk food? After all, it all depends on what we put on it, right? And on what we will use as the dough, of course.
First, some good advice about additives: limit processed meats and saturated fats, and instead add plenty of vegetables and fruits. Strictly speaking about nutritional value, fresh pineapple is an excellent choice ;)
When it comes to the crust, here's the perfect solution: More Nutrition Protein Pizza Crust! Although it is much lower in carbs than standard pizza dough, it has all the delicious properties you expect from pizza dough. Add the additions, bake and... buon appetito!
The base is the foundation of pizza - build your strength on it
The bottom - nothing without a cover, of course! Your protein pizza dough is the perfect base for any type of pizza you want.
Sauce - most ready-made pizza sauces available in stores contain a lot of sugar, which makes them unsuitable for people who care about their fitness, instead it is worth making your own sauce from fresh tomatoes or tomato paste, you can also make pizza bianca, without tomatoes , or a creative version with pesto or avocado, or use ready-made Fakeaway Pizza Sauce!
Additions – Since the protein is already in the bottom, choose green vegetables, mushrooms, fruits and herbs! You can use ham or pepperoni if you can't do without them. You decide.
Cheese – If you want a nutritionally well-balanced pizza, don't overdo it with cheese! Choose delicious, real mozzarella, which contains less carbohydrates than most cheeses, and if you manage to find one, choose one with reduced fat content, a great idea would be Piórko cheese (be sure to grate it!), cheese sauce a la KFD processed cheese or Lean Cheese Shakers cheese topping. Don't like dairy products? Then you can make your own plant cheese based on cashews, almonds, soy or aquafaba.
