Recommended daily intake needed to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: 50g of powder (2 servings)
Preparation of 1 serving: 50 g (= two heaped spoons) of the product with 200 ml of water or skim milk. On training days, consume 1 serving (25g) in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.
