Preparation:
PROTEIN MOUSSE: Remove the lid and add 60ml of ice water or milk, stir the contents intensively for 45-60 seconds with a fork, the mousse is immediately ready to eat.
Ice Cream Mousse: After mixing, cover the container with the lid and put in the freezer for a few minutes until it is slightly frosted. If you want to get the consistency of ice cream, mix the mousse every 5 minutes without causing the precipitation of water crystals.
