Here we have a crunchy, creamy protein mass, here and there broken with crunchy cocoa beans and soy crisps. The layer of chocolate coating is quite thin, and it balances the sweetness of caramel and gingerbread notes well - the bar tastes like gingerbread with caramel and chocolate, literally. Spicy flavors are noticeable but not overwhelming, the bar is primarily sweet and caramel, a hint of cinnamon goes hand in hand with notes of gingerbread, but they are in the second row behind the caramel flavor coming to the fore. The taste of chocolate is a secondary actor here, its bitterness is a balance to the caramel sweetness and slight spiciness of the spicy flavors, not the taste itself.
