Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of whipping cream
  2. 2 tablespoons of granular sugar substitute
  3. 1 tablespoon of butter
  4. 1 cup of ChocZero Chocolate Squares, Peppermint White Chocolate cubes broken into pieces
  5. ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  6. 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the thick whipping cream, sweetener and butter.
  2. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the mixture thickens and turns caramel colored.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool for 15 minutes. Add mint chocolate, vanilla and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with parchment and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Cut the fudge mass into small squares and check how delicious it is, what has just been created.
