Dominant fragrance notes: when creating this aroma, we looked for inspiration in the unique Black Forest Cake, known in English-speaking countries as Black Forest Cake - this confectionery canon is a combination of sponge cocoa cake with cream, whipped cream and cherries sunk in sweet thick syrup. If you are wondering how this aroma differs from Funky Flavors Sweet Cherry Chocolate, we already explain: the latter has a strong hint of dark chocolate characteristic of stuffed chocolate boxes with cherries - while Funky Flavors Sweet Schwarzwalder Kirsche Torte instead of dark chocolate has a brownie aroma, with a distinct a hint of roasted cocoa, and the cherries are more juicy and fresh-fruit than the praline filling, the whole composition is complemented by notes of cream, giving the aroma a more delicate and subdued character. The aroma works perfectly in all desserts with the addition of chocolate, also in omelettes, waffles, chocolate cakes, it fantastically brings out the flavor of the cocoa and ricotta or mascarpone-based cake cream, it is extremely good as an addition to chocolate ice cream.
