Instructions: Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl, stirring constantly, then slowly add 80-100ml of cold water, stirring constantly until the product dissolves. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and herbs or spices. Preheat a non-stick pan and brush with a small amount of fat. Pour the omelet mixture into the pan and cook for 20-30 seconds. You can whisk it for high-protein scrambled eggs. For a fluffier consistency, cover the pan with a lid for the last 10 seconds of cooking. For optimal flavor and consistency, it's best to consume immediately after preparation.
