There is no limit - you can place any size order, no matter how small or large, and we will fulfill each one just as quickly and with the same care.

Yes, of course. We ship orders to most European countries; a list of these countries and shipping costs can be found here. The shipping cost of an order depends on its weight; orders over 10kg are the most cost-effective.

Sometimes mistakes happen when packing an order - in such a situation, you will certainly receive the correct products, and we will send them to you at our expense - please send us a photo of the product you received by mistake to kontakt@guiltfree.pl. First, however, make sure that all cartons and boxes from the shipment have been opened, perhaps the product you cannot find is in the packaging of another product - feel free to open all cartons without worrying that a return will not be possible.

Products with promotional prices are 100% wholesome, have long expiration dates, and the promotion is not due to any defects. Products nearing their expiration date are located in a special section "Close to Expiration" where their expiration date is precisely indicated. The same applies to products with damaged packaging - information about the price reduction due to damaged outer packaging is included in the description of such products, in bold, bright font.

At Guiltfree, there is an electronic system for controlling the expiry dates of all products. If the product received is from the USA, the date may be written in a different format than Polish products, i.e., the Month is given first, then the Day, and finally the Year - according to this format, the date 12.5.14 is December 5, 2014, and not May 12, 2014. This format is used for all their products by Quest, PB2, and Walden Farms, and most other companies from the United States whose products are available at Guiltfree. However, if the product's expiry date raises any doubts, please let us know.

Despite our utmost care in packaging orders, sometimes they get damaged in transit. Please remember that in such a situation, a damage report must be drawn up with the courier or postman delivering the package, as only with a damage report can we resend the damaged products to you. Even if the courier is in a hurry to get to the next customer, they are obliged to wait for you to unpack the parcel and check its contents; a sticker with this information is on every package.

Walden Farms uses patented Concentrated Natural Flavors (CNF) in its products. Walden Farms' calorie-free sweet products are made with ingredients such as natural fruit extracts, cocoa, and other natural ingredients, and are sweetened with Splenda. Savory products owe their taste and aroma to handfuls of freshly ground herbs and spices, wine vinegars, soy sauce, lemon juice, natural 'blue mold' cheese, Worcestershire sauce, ripe tomatoes, crushed garlic, chopped onion, and other concentrated natural flavors.

Of course, Walden Farms products can also be consumed by people who are not on any special diet. There is no such need for factory-sealed products. Once opened, all Walden Farms products should be refrigerated.

Within 10 days from the date of receiving the shipment, you have the right to withdraw from the purchased goods without giving a reason. We guarantee a full refund of the purchased product if: it has not been unpacked (deprived of its protective film), has not been used, and has not been damaged in any other way or its packaging has been tampered with. The product should be sent back with the received proof of sale and the bank account number to which the refund of the purchased goods' value is to be made. We will refund the due amount within 14 business days from the date of receiving the aforementioned shipment.

Guiltfree only offers products that are physically in stock. If a product has just run out, information about temporary unavailability immediately appears on our store's website. The system prevents placing an order in such a case. When placing an order at Guiltfree.pl, you are guaranteed instant shipping. If you are looking for a product that is temporarily out of stock, use the "notify me when the product is available" option next to the product.
