TBJP Cream of Riceis an instant carbohydrate meal – a formof rice gruel, also known asrice creamorrice porridge(similar to oatmeal). The production process involves grinding rice grains, which results in a delicate, easily digestible rice porridge/flour with a consistency similar to classic porridge – however, in this case, the base is rice, not oats.

  • 1 scoop of Cream of Rice
  • 1 cup of milk (can be plant-based)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey, flavoring, or sweetener
  • 1 scoop of whey protein
  • Berries for decoration
  1. Cook Cream of Rice in milk according to the instructions on the package.
