Dieti Snack has two coconut bars of the same name Dieti Snack Crunch, below is a list of the most important differences:
- a bar in a purple carton is optimal for a ketogenic diet, a bar in a blue packaging is more balanced in terms of macronutrients, it is suitable for a low-carbohydrate diet
- both bars are similarly low in calories, around 150kcal per bar
- both bars have the same protein content, i.e. 15g
- The purple bar does not contain maltitol or added sugar, the blue bar is sweetened with maltitol and sugar
- the purple bar has a significantly lower carbohydrate and sugar content, a much higher fiber content and a slightly higher fat content
