Adam's Bread Helles 2.0 - new recipe, changes:

  • Apricot kernel flour has been replaced with apple fiber and organic sunflower protein
  • yeast is part of the blend, there is no need to add them from a separate sachet
  • half the fat content
  • even lower carbohydrate content (1g in 100g of ready-made bread)
  • even lower (negligible) sugar content
  • 20% higher protein content
  • calorific value slightly lower (5kcal difference in 100g of ready-made bread)

As a result of changes in the recipe, the texture of the bread has been improved, it is softer and more delicate, with a consistency similar to 'regular' bread.

Complete mix for baking low-carbohydrate dark bread - does not require adding oil, eggs or any other ingredients, a glass of water is enough and you don't even need a mixer to make the dough.

Adam's Bread Dark mix allows you to bake a large loaf of bread, and after dividing into smaller parts of aromatic dark rolls. It is intended both for baking in an oven and bread machines.

One of the main ingredients of Adam's Bread Low Carbohydrate Dark Bread is a blend of skimmed flax seed flours, wheat, organic sunflower protein and apple fiber. Linseed combines 3 unique features: the richness of omega-3 acids, high content of lignans (or phytoestrogens) and beneficial mucus, which is a unique combination of advantages compared to other seeds and nuts, putting linseed in one league with the strongest superfoods. Compared to exotic chia seeds, flaxseed contains almost three times more lignans and more than 7 times more than sesame seeds, as is the case with omega-3 acids.

Adam's Brot Dark blend contains extremely low carbohydrates - only 0.64g per 100g, which means that there is about 4g of carbohydrates in a whole loaf of ready-made bread! A slice of baked bread provides over 10g of protein and less than 60kcal.

Brush the surface of the risen bread lightly with water. Place the dough in an oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius and bake for approximately 40 minutes. You can also bake it in a bread machine according to the machine's instructions.

Storage: Store the mixture in a dry place, protected from light. Store the finished bread in a bread bin or covered with a linen cloth. After baking, the bread will stay fresh and tasty for approximately 1 week. Do not store the bread in plastic bags. The bread is suitable for freezing; before freezing, let it cool to room temperature and cut into slices. It will stay fresh for 3 days; store tightly wrapped in plastic wrap. To keep it fresh longer, slice the finished bread and freeze.
