Complete mix for cocoa and gingerbread baking, low-carbohydrate dough with high protein (20%) and fiber - no need to add eggs or any other ingredients, just a glass of water and 1/3 of a cube of butter, and you don't even need a mixer to make the dough. The preparation of the dough will take you a few minutes, and the baking time is just over half an hour - after 3 quarters of an hour you can enjoy the taste of aromatic, self-made healthy dough without added sugar and gluten, but with a high protein content.
Adam's Cake mix allows you to bake a large form of gluten-free cake, or a batch of appetizing muffins.
The highest quality ingredients were used to prepare the mixture: pure whey protein, organic coconut flour, almond flour and coconut fiber. Like all Adam's Bread products, this Dough Mixer is also soy-free.

Adam's Brot Il Mare mix contains extremely little carbohydrates - only 1.3g per 100g, which means that there is about 6g of carbohydrates in a whole loaf of prepared bread! A slice of baked bread provides over 10g of protein and less than 60kcal.

Instructions: Prepare an additional 160ml of warm water and 80g of butter Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add water and soft butter at room temperature. Mix everything vigorously and transfer to a baking tray. Preheat oven to 170 C (convection) Place the cake base in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes
