Instructions: 1. Beat the eggs, combine with milk and fat 2. Add 53g of pancake mix to the wet ingredients, mix until smooth, set aside for at least 30 seconds to thicken 3. Lightly grease a frying pan, heat it up, and pour 1/5 of the pancake batter into the pan. Flip when the edges are dry and cook until golden brown on the other side. 4. Repeat the frying with the remaining portions of dough. To prepare waffles, follow the same instructions using the same proportions.
