Glutenex sponge cakes are delicious gluten-free cakes without a single gram of sugar, crtified gluten free, covered with dark chocolate coating.
They taste great in combination with tea or coffee, they work well as an addition to fit desserts, for example, for lining the bottom of the mold as the basis for cold cheesecake without sugar.
Ingredients: chocolate with no added sugars 52% (cocoa mass, sweetener: maltitol, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavour) - cocoa mass minimum 54%, eggs, corn starch, sweetener: maltitol, gluten-free wheat starch, gluten-free baking powder (corn starch, acidity regulator: diphosphates, raising agent: sodium carbonates), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
