Dominant fragrance notes: sweet cream, very milky, broken with a distinctive fruity note.
Panna Cotta is a northern Italian dessert made of sweet cream stiffened with gelatin, usually with the addition of vanilla - literally translated panna cotta means cooked cream. This type of dessert is usually prepared in round molds, which give the finished dessert, served with caramel or fruit sauce, its characteristic shape of a flattened cupcake.
In summer, panna cotta is most often served with a mint leaf and raspberry sauce or with a thick sauce of ripe passion fruit, so yellow that it resembles the yolk of a fried egg - and it was this summer version of the dessert that inspired us to create this aroma.
When it comes to using this aroma, we strongly encourage you to combine it with milk desserts - ice cream, porridge, cheesecakes, as an addition to skyra or ice cream, or as an additive to curl up to passion fruit-flavored desserts. If the aroma is combined with other fruit, the cream notes will be dominated by the fruit and the aroma will change to a sorbet character.
