With Pizza Adamo you can easily make your own pizza - gluten-free, low-carbohydrate and high-protein - to prepare the pizza you need a spoon of water and your favorite supplements. Classic Italian pizza is served with tomato sauce, a handful of aromatic herbs and mozzarella light. We also recommend the tono pizza - with canned tuna and onion.
One of the main ingredients of Adam's low-carb pizza is almond flour. This paste contains no gluten, so it can be safely eaten by people intolerant to this protein. But that's not all. Almond flour does not stimulate gliadin, sugar-raising amylopectin A and destroys gut of glutin. This type of flour has very high nutritional value. Almond flour contains as much as 22 g of protein per 100 g of product, which makes it very saturated. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids (which protect the heart and prevent stroke) and vitamin E, calcium, iron and potassium.
Ingredients: partially defatted organic sunflower flour, partially defatted golden linseed flour, milk proteins, egg white powder, partially defatted pumpkin seed flour, bamboo fiber, raising agent sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator ascorbic acid, pink crystal salt.

Instructions: Mix the contents of the package with 220 ml of water and knead the dough. Spread the dough evenly on a greased baking tray Bake for 8-10 minutes at 200°C, remove, add toppings and bake for another 7-10 minutes at the same temperature
