The finely ground psyllium husk is more condensed in volume and more efficient than the whole husk - thanks to this, it gels faster and stronger, a strong gel can be obtained after a dozen or so seconds after mixing the psyllium husk powder with water. Psyllium husk ground in this way has extraordinary binding properties and a very high fiber content - as much as 82%.

Psyllium husk is a rich source of soluble, mucous dietary fiber, thanks to which it effectively supports metabolism and intestinal function, increasing the volume of feces and causing a feeling of saturation. Egg plantain binds water very well, which is why it is suitable for all kinds of low-carb baking. Mainly used for bread, pizza bases, as a thickener for desserts and cakes. Gives better structure to baked goods.
