It is a unique blend of the best sugar substitutes - it has 80% less than ordinary sugar and 65% less sugar, as well as one of the few sweeteners that undergoes the caramelization process and is therefore better than other sweeteners suitable for baking.
Sukrin Finesse Baking is a sweetener that is suitable for baking and provides a browning and caramel crust on the surface of cookies, without the aftertaste and appearance of pure erythritol.
