Instructions: Pour one serving (30g) into a container with 300 ml of milk or water and, using a mixer or blender, mix for about 2 minutes until a smooth, pudding-like consistency is achieved. Serve with fruit or dried fruit as a dessert. Use according to individual needs, no more than three times a day, immediately after preparation.
