A few words about the ingredients:
- Grains and seeds; Psyllium, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, sesame, linseed: natural grains and seeds give the bread a unique taste and are a rich source of healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and fiber.
- Fiber from beets, chicory and peas; Vegetable fiber ensures the correct consistency of the finished bread and increases the fiber content.
- Fiberfin is a natural, gluten-free flour containing 60% digestible starch. Fiberfin has a good effect on the digestive process, the bacterial flora of the digestive tract and the immune system of the whole organism.
- Eggs in powder; eggs are an indispensable ingredient of bread without which it would disintegrate. So that they do not have to be added at home, they are included in the bread mix.
- Pea protein; proteins of vegetable origin
- Sukrin is a natural sugar substitute made from a sugar alcohol called Erythritol, which occurs naturally in pears, melons and mushrooms. Erythritol is formed as a result of the natural fermentation process and Sukrin does not contain any artificial additives.
- Minerals; Sodium chloride is just table salt; some of the salt has been replaced with potassium chloride because too much sodium is in the diet of most people.

A method of preparing:
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
