Like other corn products, Granex Biofit Junior Bio balls are distinguished by a low calorific value for this type of product, which is due to our unique ingredients. BioFitki have over 100kcal less in 100g than the popular cocoa balls of the leading brand!
The low calorific value of Granex crisps is due to the use of corn grain, which has a lower energy value than traditional corn grits or corn flour - the low calorific value is due to the high content of resistant starch and, at the same time, low content of simple carbohydrates.
Granex Biofit Junior crispy balls with chocolate flavor are a great idea for a tasty breakfast out of this world. They are made from whole grain rice and corn with the addition of cocoa. They are a source of magnesium and also have a high content of vitamin D. It is also worth noting that they contain only 8.1 g of sugar in a 30 g serving without the addition of milk.
Thanks to the composition of whole cereal grains, the balls have valuable nutritional values, making them perfect for a nutritious and healthy breakfast. They taste both with the addition of milk or yoghurt, and as an independent snack to munch on during the day.
