KoxBar Pistachio BadBoy PRE-ORDER April 15 - artisanal protein bar

It was supposed to be just another chapter in a Dubai-inspired story… but something started to rebel along the way. I changed the proportions, shifted the accents, let go of the obvious – and that’s how BadBoy was born. It doesn’t try to be a copy, it doesn’t play on safe associations. It’s rawer, more expressive, a bit naughty. Instead of a smooth, perfect surface, it has a glaze with an uneven, almost sculptural texture, with pieces of pistachios sticking out. You feel in your hand that this won't be a gentle experience – it's a bar that doesn't smooth out character, it amplifies it. It looks rebellious, unapproachable, yet it exudes the confidence of a rogue who knows you'll love him anyway...

The first hit is chocolate – thick, milky, but broken up by pistachio bits that give it granularity and life. It’s not silky smooth, but slightly rough, as if inviting you to bite into it, not just let it melt. It crunches decisively under your teeth, making way for an interior that surprises from the first second.

The protein mass doesn't lean into obvious, heavy chocolate. It's lighter in character, creamier, with a delicate hint of coffee that doesn't dominate, but quietly builds the background – like creamy coffee ice cream, slightly sweet, enveloping, with a subtle bitterness on the finish. It’s this change that makes room for the heart of this bar – the pistachio filling, which comes to the forefront without any compromises. This departure from a chocolate interior allowed the flavor of the pistachio filling to be more strongly showcased – with plenty of Italian pistachios, and of course, with the characteristically crunchy threads of exotic kadayif pastry – the pistachio mass is simultaneously smooth and crunchy, sweet and salty.

And it is exactly as it should be: dense, intense, full of real Italian pistachios, with their characteristic, slightly dry note. Embedded in this mass are crispy kadayif threads, which add texture and make each bite heterogeneous, vibrant. Smoothness intertwines here with crispness, sweetness with a distinct, slightly salty pistachio note. It's a taste and sensation that lingers, changes, develops in the mouth.

On top, everything is finished with pistachio granola and small, colorful accents that look light and spring-like, but carry further layers of crunch and contrast. BadBoy deals the cards, bringing a combination of flavors that play together on its own terms: tahini in the background gives a subtle, sesame depth, coffee enhances the chocolate, pistachios come in with full force, and saltiness and sweetness balance each other in a way that is more addictive with each subsequent bite.

Artisan KoxBar protein bars - one of a kind. Created with love and passion for taste, aroma, and good ingredients. The formula of each bar is built from scratch in our manufactory; we carefully select ingredients and proportions to get as close as possible to the concept that inspired each bar. For this reason, the bars differ in weight, size, and calorie content; we try to ensure that the protein content hovers around 20g per bar - besides being sweet treats, they are also functional for physically active people. We avoid sugar, excessive maltitol, and palm oil in our ingredients.

We create bars that we ourselves want to eat. Without compromise.

KoxBar bars are divided into those filled with mass, cream, mousse or fruit, and those to which we add crunchy additions to the inside of the mass (nuts and/or cookies). As for the coating, which is the most caloric ingredient of the bar, to meet your expectations, we prepare bars without coating, with a half coating (only on top) and entirely covered in chocolate - we do not use ready-made chocolates or couverture (with the exception of Ruby chocolate), we use sugar-free protein chocolate prepared in our manufactory as a coating; for vegan bars, we have even developed an innovative recipe for vegan sugar-free protein chocolate, which we are incredibly proud of!

• WHY DO WE DO IT? KoxBars were born out of a love for taste, aroma, and refined macros - initially, they were a way of testing new Funky Flavors; over time, they became a passion and the reason we discover new aromas.
• HOW DO WE DO IT? All KoxBars are handmade, in minimal batches of a dozen or so pieces per flavor. This is how it is and how it will be - we are not interested in mass production, we want to share our passion, taste & highest quality.

What's gone is gone!

KoxBars appear at Guiltfree once every few weeks, for special occasions, they are available for a few days and then disappear forever - in the next batch, there will almost always be different flavors, because life is too short, and our list of flavor ideas is too long to repeat ourselves - although we have our favorites that we will never give up, we know they will soon be your favorites too :)

• CHEAT CLEAN? The taste should be complex, the ingredients quite the opposite! We focus on simple, high-quality ingredients. We do not use any preservatives, which is why KoxBars have a short shelf life. If your grandma knew what protein bars were, she'd be baking KoxBars for an afternoon snack :) We adhere to the 80/20 rule, which is why among perfectly clean ingredients, you'll find 'cheat' additions - cookies, chocolates, gummies, which add the finishing touch to the flavor.
• FOR WHOM? We create KoxBars for our loved ones, Guiltfree friends, and their friends, and since you're reading this, you're one of them! KoxBars are made with Fit Freaks in mind, who set high standards for themselves and others.
