- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.
- In a heated pan with oil, fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with yogurt or maple syrup.
