You can prepare Prozis Cheesecake in three different ways. One is quick and easy, another provides more protein and increases nutrient intake, and the last one we recommend when you feel like something extra and have time to cook.

1. Quick and easy cheesecake 'for now'

1. Beat 36.5g of light cream cheese. Add 2 scoops (20g) of premix and 100ml of skimmed milk. Beat for about 5 minutes until a creamy, aerated consistency is obtained.
2. Place in a silicone or non-stick mold.
3. Bake in a water bath in an oven preheated to 170°C for about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry.
4. Remove and cool

2. Easy as well, but a bit longer and more protein

1. Beat 73g of light cream cheese. Add 4 scoops (40g) of premix and 200ml of skimmed milk. Beat for about 5 minutes until a creamy, aerated consistency is obtained.
2. Place in a silicone or non-stick mold.
3. Bake in a water bath in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry
4. Remove and let it cool down.
5. Put in the fridge overnight.

3. Time for delight - cheat clean

1. For the base, mix 6g butter with 30g almond flour or crushed crackers or biscuits
2. When you get a uniform mass, put it into a springform pan, previously greased and lined with parchment paper.
3. Add 120g of the previously prepared cheesecake mass and bake in a water bath, in an oven preheated to 180°C, for about 30 minutes, to a dry toothpick
4. Remove and let it cool down.
5. Put in the fridge overnight.
6. Add your favorite zero syrup, frużelina or topping on top.

Instructions: To make 1 serving, whip 36.5g of light cream cheese. Add 20g of premix and 100ml of skimmed milk and whip for 5 minutes until creamy and aerated. Pour the mixture into silicone or non-stick molds. Bake in a bain-marie at 170°C for about 30 minutes. Check if the cheesecake is done with a toothpick – it will come out clean. Refrigerate overnight; once completely cooled, store in an airtight container.
