Santini Dark Chocolate & Raspberries combines the deep intensity of Peruvian cocoa with the crisp freshness of freeze-dried fruit. Handmade in small batches, the chocolatiers precisely temper the cocoa mass, giving the bar a mirror-like sheen and a gentle crackle when broken. Each addition of raspberry flecks is placed manually, making each batch delightfully balanced between creamy texture and fruity crunch.

The sweetness of this composition comes exclusively from the natural sweetness of xylitol, extracted from birch bark. This low-calorie sugar substitute enhances the flavor profiles of the cocoa without sharp fluctuations in blood glucose, making the chocolate an ideal choice for those concerned about mindful eating. Deeply roasted cocoa beans develop coffee and slightly smoky notes, which gain a pleasant, vinous refreshment when combined with raspberries.
